I’m a CEO and board member working at the intersection of AI, strategy, and governance.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve built and led companies across Latin America and the U.S. Today, I run a conversational AI company and serve on private and nonprofit boards. That combination—operating AI systems while participating in governance—shapes how I see organizations evolve under technological acceleration.

This site is where I think through what I’m seeing in boardrooms, executive teams, and operating environments. It’s not about theory or trends, but about how decisions actually get made when complexity increases, stakes rise, and the consequences are harder to reverse.

I live in Colorado with my wife, Raquel, our two kids, and two very silly goldendoodles.
